Image links that only work on your computer
Some members were pasting the location of a file on their own computer into the image widget, something like file:///Users/name/Downloads/IMG_0864.jpg or C:\Users\name\Pictures\photo.png. A path like that only means something on the machine it came from. No other computer can reach that file, and Notion cannot either. So the widget came out empty, and it looked like the site was broken when it was working fine. Nothing on the page said why. Now, as soon as a path like that goes into the field, a note appears right under it: this link only works on your own computer, so either use the upload box below it or put the image online somewhere first and paste the link you get from there. The note says what happened and what to do next.
Community is being built
Work has started on a community section for thePlus.so. It is a place to ask questions, show the Notion pages you have built and share the templates you make. It has four parts: Help, Notion Templates, Show and Tell, and Idea Validation. It is not open yet, it is still being built, and there is no date to give.
Live chat on every page
There is now a chat bubble in the bottom right corner, on every page of the site including the blog. It only shows up when someone is actually there to answer. If nobody is available it stays hidden, because a chat box that nobody replies to is worse than no chat box at all. It also comes back when you have an unread reply waiting, so an answer does not sit there unseen. You can send photos in the chat as well. The Support section in your dashboard shows the same conversation, so there is no second history to keep track of.
Countdown in the text widget
Put (countdown 31.12.2026 23:59) in a text widget and it counts down to that moment, live in the page. Write the date and time however you like: 1:30 pm, 01:30pm and 13:30 all mean the same thing, and it works out whether you put the day or the month first. A date on its own counts to midnight, a time on its own counts to the next time it comes round, and you can put more than one in the same widget. Someone suggested this from the dashboard and it is here now.
Discount codes apply to Pro yearly
Seasonal codes now apply to the yearly plan only, and every campaign has a working code behind it. Some of the codes on those pages had never been created, so they failed at checkout.
A copy link for every widget
Every widget now shows a second link you can share. Anyone who opens it saves a copy of that widget into their own account. Your original keeps working and they never see your account. There is a switch in More Options if you would rather keep a widget private.
Widget settings open again
For a few hours the widget settings page returned an error instead of opening. Caused by us while adding the copy setting. Fixed the same day.
Staying signed in
Sessions were quietly expiring after about twenty four minutes of not clicking anything, and closing the browser signed you out. Both are fixed. You stay signed in for thirty days.
Announcement Widget New Theme!
Added a new theme called “Dark Mode Compatible”. When you switch to the Dark theme while using the Notion Light theme, it still works.
UX Update!

Google Calendar Widget Has Been Added!
You can add Google Calendar and change the frame color!
Added the ability to change text background!
Now you can change the backgrounds of the texts you want in the text widget. Example usage: (text background #ff0000 ...)

Small Changes to the Interface
1) Removed the search box as a shortcut from the Dashboard page. A big "Add Widget" button was added instead. 2) Added "Carousel" widget shortcut to the Add Widget page. 3) The menus page has been updated.
Carousel UX Fixed!
When creating a carousel, users should select that the image theme has a carousel. Otherwise, the images will be sorted side by side, such as, if you uploaded 5 images but 2 images appear in the embed. You can't see the other 3 on the right side because they overflow from the screen. If you select the carousel theme, it turns into a carousel. When the user does not select this carousel theme, they think that the website is broken. The problem was in the UX. And that was solved. I will continue to improve it further.
New Image Formats
In addition to .jpg and .png formats, images can now be uploaded in .gif, .webp, .heic, and .heif formats.
Image Upload Bug Fixed!
I realized that there was a bug when I was uploading an image. It would warn me when I uploaded an image in the wrong format and it worked fine. But despite the warning message, the upload continued. It was trying to upload an image that wasn't there because of a bug. This was causing an error. This was a critical bug. I gave away a 2-month Ultra package to the person whose feedback helped me discover this bug.

Updated the Order of Shortcut Widget Buttons
Images: 3, Buttons: 2, Texts: 1, Icons: 1, Announcements: 2, Dividers: 1, Counters: 1 Such buttons used to be added randomly. Now they are updated according to the most used ones.
New Widgets on Widget Add Page
I have seen that some people still do not know the features of NotionPlus. For example, I was repeatedly asked to add a quotes widget. However, this feature has been around for a long time and works well. But people couldn't find it in the text widget. That's why the "quotes widget" button has been added to the add widget page to add it more practically. Similar widgets were added in the same way.
Image Check Feature Added!
Added image control feature for those who add wrong image links in the image widget. Most of the people don't know the image link. Some people think the Google Drive folder link is an image. Some think that when they add the link to the image on their computer, everyone will see it. file:\\\\users\image.png These do not work, but people do not know. Now they will know. :)
General Interface Updated
While there are still some missing interfaces, the majority have been updated. Many widget-adding and editing pages, including the image upload page, have been further simplified.
Updating the Order of Images
Now we can update the order of the images. You can sort the first uploaded image by dragging it to the 2nd place or the end.

Improve: Fixed Image Issue in Google Drive Links!
I got feedback that they are trying to open Google Drive links as images. Without changing this behavior of the users, the images in the Google Drive link now open without any problems!
Improve: Fixed Pop Up Problem in Image Widget!

Updated the pagination style on Widgets and Search pages. It used to be listed in order as an image, button, etc... Now, no matter which widget, it shows whatever was added last at the top.

Improve: The Easy Way to Edit Your Widgets
Previously, you used to log in to NotionPlus and find and edit your widget from the Widgets page on the Dashboard. With this new feature, in the Notion template where you add the widget, the "Edit" text appears in the lower left corner that only you can see. It only appears in your widgets when your account is open. A small feature for more practical use. :)
Non-Working Login Buttons Fixed!
A bug was reported that there were non-working login buttons on pricing, affiliates, widgets, terms, and privacy pages. These pages have been fixed.
Fixed Same Email Problem!
In the Pricing process, people can write different emails that they pay with the email they are a member of NotionPlus. This is a wrong process. Both must be the same email, otherwise they cannot see each other. That's why I added a warning between pricing and LemonSqueezy page.

Improve: Changelog and Feedback Links
I created the link NotionPlus.dev/changelog for easy access to the changelog. Also, the site was giving an error with the "/" added at the end. I fixed this and now it doesn't give an error on the feedback link.
Improve: Innovations Notification
The "Innovations" notification on the dashboard was always active. Therefore, it always appeared in red. This has been fixed. Now it will only be red when there are innovations and it will say "NEW!".
Changelog has been added!
I added and removed the changelog before. I add it again. Interpret this as follows. Innovations are at the door! I will share the innovations about the product with the change log and share them one by one. Some innovations will be shared on the blog.
