What to expect

A real reply, not a ticket.

No ticket numbers
Your email lands in a normal inbox. No "your case has been escalated" carousel.
Usually under 24 hours
I'm in Türkiye (UTC+3). If you write at 3am my time, you'll hear back when I'm awake. Weekends are slower.
Include the widget URL if it's a bug
The embed link from your dashboard helps me reproduce in seconds instead of asking back-and-forth.
English or Turkish, both fine
Whichever feels natural — I read both. No need to translate beforehand.
