Who is Anna Lenkovska?
YouTube creator and Notion template maker. Known for her Notion life tours on YouTube, the Language Learning Hub template that grew out of them, and her beginner Notion class on Skillshare.

Anna Lenkovska opened her YouTube channel on 5 July 2015 and has posted more than 320 videos to it since. The about panel reads "self-growth ⟡ language learning ⟡ notion lover", then "documenting my 20s along the way". The channel has passed 400,000 subscribers and 32 million total views.
The turn came in the summer of 2020. On 12 August she posted "how i organise my life | notion tour", a walk through the pages she was using to run her studying, her habits and her goals. It has passed 250,000 views. She published the sequel almost exactly a year later, on 15 August 2021, titled "updated tour + templates", and that one passed 260,000.
The tours became a business. Her Gumroad storefront lists eight Notion templates priced from $12 to $40, she teaches a beginner Notion class on Skillshare, and two of her paid templates sit in the Notion template gallery under @annalenkovska, where her creator bio describes the work as "helping you align with your vision, elevate your life, and step into your highest self".
The tour came first and the templates came out of it
Her first Notion video was a plan-with-me filmed in April 2020, during quarantine. The August 2020 life tour followed, then the August 2021 update, then "planning my gap year on notion because I'm lost" in March 2022, which is a rare thing on a productivity channel: a setup built around an unresolved question instead of a finished system. The templates arrived because viewers kept asking for the pages in the videos. In June 2022 she published a walkthrough of a Notion travel planner that has passed 150,000 views, and in March 2022 a video on building a language learning plan in Notion that has passed a million. The template linked under that one, the Language Learning Hub, is still on sale in a second version.
Eight templates on the shelf, and two she folded into one
The Gumroad storefront runs from a $12 tracker for the 75 Hard and 75 Soft challenges up to the $40 Productivity Hub. In between sit the Language Learning Hub 2.0 at $14, Design Your Year at $20, Travel Planner 2.0 at $20, the Ultimate Digital Declutter at $24 with its database of decluttering tasks, the Master To-Do List at $26 and the 12 Week Year Planner at $28. An older Goal Setting Dashboard is no longer on the storefront grid but is still live at its own link, where the page shows more than 2,700 sales. The 12 Week Year Planner and Master To-Do List pages now open with a line sending buyers to the updated version instead: the Productivity Hub, which wires goal tasks into the daily to-do list so the two systems stop being separate.
Seventeen numbered lessons, and the last five are her own pages
Her Skillshare class is called "How to Use Notion to Organise Your Life" and it is pitched at beginners. The first twelve lessons go from creating an account through templates, blocks and pages, decorating pages, an introduction to databases, database views, filtering and sorting, gallery view and kanban boards, making a template inside a database, database formulas, the Notion Web Clipper and keyboard shortcuts. The last five drop the general teaching and open her own workspace: a tour of her pages, setting up a workspace, then how she built her study plans, her habit tracker and her goal tracker. Class Central records 571 ratings for it at Skillshare. She links the class from the resources block in the description of nearly every video she posts.
Filming Notion walkthroughs from Siargao
Recent vlogs are shot in Siargao in the Philippines, in among videos on studying Spanish, French, Russian, Thai and Bisaya. The Notion work has not stopped. In June 2025 she filmed how she plans her life on the Master To-Do List when she feels overwhelmed. In December 2025 she posted a 12 week year walkthrough for 2026 goals with timestamps running past the 39 minute mark, covering the template, the Productivity Hub and the master to-do list in one sitting. In July 2026 came a rebuilt travel planner, walked through over 32 minutes from world regions and countries down to per-trip databases for bookings, dining, expenses and photo ideas. She also opened a small second channel, @AnyaFlows, in December 2022 for yoga.
Why Anna Lenkovska is on this list
She put a working Notion setup in front of an audience that had come for study vlogs and language content, and she did it repeatedly: a full tour in 2020, another in 2021, and walkthroughs every year since. Her Skillshare class takes those same viewers past pretty pages into database views, filters and formulas. The Language Learning Hub gave the Notion community a worked example of a language study system, with resources, daily logs and a per-language dictionary, and she has kept it in service through a second version instead of letting it go stale once the video was out.
