This page sets out what he has actually published: the free Marketplace catalogue, the YouTube channel, the free and paid Skool communities, and his consultation rates. It marks which figures come only from his own about page. It does not review the quality of his templates and it does not confirm his revenue.
In May 2023 Chris Punt was the third guest on Template Titans, Nick Lafferty's short run podcast about people selling Notion templates. The episode ran 52 minutes under the title "How A Notion Youtuber Made $10,000 Selling Templates", and at the time his channel had around 8,000 subscribers. He used the hour on plumbing: how he assembled a template, why he paid someone else to edit his videos, how he handled people who showed up in the comments to be unpleasant, and which channels actually turned viewers into buyers. On that last question he pointed at YouTube and said most template creators were leaving it alone.
He kept publishing under the name Chris's Notion. The about page for his newsletter now puts the channel past 56,000 subscribers and four million views, and credits the templates with reaching more than 100,000 people. On the Notion Marketplace, 26 templates are listed under Chris Punt, and every single one is priced at zero: a Second Brain organised on PARA, a Life OS Dashboard, finance trackers, habit trackers, an Atomic Habits checklist, planners aimed at students.
The free work is the front door to paid work. A 30 minute consultation runs $150 and an hour runs $300, with a discovery call at no cost. His open Skool community, Notion Wizards, has roughly 6,200 members, while a second one, Life OS Club, costs $149. He works from Cape Town and bills himself on his booking page as a Certified Notion Expert and Notion Ambassador.
The trail starts in 2022, and it starts with a channel
His public record in the Notion community opens on 19 March 2022, the day he created his Skool account, and comes into focus about a year later on that podcast. What he had assembled by then was a tutorial channel with a shop bolted to it. The videos walk a viewer through constructing a workspace piece by piece, and the templates hand over the finished article to anyone who wants to skip the construction. Nothing before 2022 has been published in his own words, so this page leaves that period blank instead of guessing at it. The name he chose says a good deal about the plan: the YouTube handle, the X handle and the domain were all built on the word Notion, and the tutorials have stayed pointed at the same product for years.
Twenty six templates on the Marketplace, none of them for sale
Open his Notion Marketplace profile and the price column is a wall of zeros. The catalogue leans into personal productivity, student life and planning, and the individual builds are the ones a beginner reaches for first: a Second Brain (rated 4.75 from 18 ratings), a Life OS Dashboard, a Finance Tracker, a Minimalist Habit Tracker, a Key Results Habit Tracker, Productivity Planners, an Atomic Habits Checklist. A free listing on the Marketplace does the same job the videos do. It puts a working system in the hands of someone who has never built one, and it puts his name on the duplicate button while they use it.
What the free tier is actually selling
The economics are visible without much digging. Free templates and free videos feed a free Skool community of about 6,200 people, built around a 21 day challenge that teaches Notion step by step. From there the ladder is short: Life OS Club at $149, then a calendar with a $150 half hour and a $300 hour on it, plus custom builds. He told Lafferty in 2023 that he had cleared $10,000 in template sales; the about page for his newsletter now claims more than $250,000 and over 100 entrepreneurs consulted, which is his own accounting and has not been independently confirmed. What can be checked is the shape of the funnel, and it has been the same shape since the beginning.
Now selling Notion and Claude as a 30 day sprint
His recent work has moved from templates to operations. He runs Systemiz, described on his newsletter about page as an agency helping founders get 90 percent of their time back through systems, AI and automation, and the company site advertises a Founder AI OS Sprint built on Notion and Claude in 30 days. His Skool bio reads "Helping founders build Notion & Claude AI Operating Systems so they can get more leverage, automate the busywork, and enjoy life". Notion Wizards has widened past Notion into n8n workflows and AI automation. Alongside that he writes The Systemizer, a weekday newsletter to more than 5,000 readers, with recent pieces such as "Your to-do list is lying to you" and "Hustler vs. Systemizer: Which one are you?". Notion is still the substrate underneath all of it.

He handed the Notion community 26 templates on the Marketplace without charging for any of them, including a Second Brain and a Life OS Dashboard that a lot of people used as their first real workspace, and he built a free 6,200 member Skool community around a 21 day challenge for people starting from nothing. He also talked openly about template money in May 2023, on the record, with figures attached, at a point when very few Notion creators were willing to say what they earned or which channels worked.
