Who is Pascio?
Notion Ambassador, template creator and consultant. Known for the Architect line of Notion business workspaces, and for documenting how he sold Notion templates through Product Hunt.
This page recognises Pascio for what they have contributed to the Notion community. It is written independently, it is not an endorsement, and it does not mean they use thePlus.so.
“I am deciding whether to buy one of Pascio's Notion templates, or to copy the way he built and sold them.”
This page gathers what Pascio has said about his own path in his own words, alongside the checkable record of what he shipped, where it launched and how it placed. It does not carry revenue totals or audience numbers, because the figures circulating about him could not be traced back to anything he published himself. For current prices and the contents of each template, go to his own store.
In 2021 Pascio was running his self improvement system out of Google Drive folders. He showed the setup to his brother, a university student at the time, who told him: "It looks cool, sure, but have you considered using Notion for this?" He had never heard of the app. By his own account, two days and 28 cups of coffee later he had rebuilt the whole thing as his first Notion dashboard.
He posted that dashboard to the Notion subreddit, and the replies changed what it was. People started asking him for the template. Describing the moment later in an interview with LaunchPedia, he put it as, "I shared my notion template on Reddit and people went crazy and more people started asking for the template." His site dates the rest of the shift bluntly: "In less than 6 months, I went from working a 9-5 I hated to running a successful solopreneur business solving problems with Notion templates."
The business has kept the same shape since. Pascio is an Official Notion Ambassador, his profile on the Notion template marketplace carries a Recommended creator badge, and his catalogue runs from free habit trackers and journals up to the four Architect workspaces built for agencies, course sellers and email operators. His about page says the templates, tools and guides have reached more than 200,000 people.
Notion as LEGO, and a dashboard other people wanted
Pascio arrived at Notion with no attachment to any productivity tool and no intention of selling anything. He still describes the app the way a builder would: "Notion is like the LEGO of productivity tools and apps. Instead of trying to fit into a pre-built system, you built the system to fit you." His first build was entirely personal, a dashboard to track the life areas he had been organising in Google Drive. Posting it to the Notion subreddit converted a private tool into a standing request, and the months after that went into learning template design as a discipline, since a workspace a stranger has to live inside calls for different decisions than one built for yourself. He has kept the original 2021 dashboard and reproduces it on his about page.
Four Architect workspaces, one for each kind of operator
The paid catalogue splits cleanly in two. On the business side sit the four Architect templates, each with its own domain: Task Architect, Agency Architect, Email Architect and Course Architect, also sold together as the Architect Bundle. Agency Architect is the clearest statement of the approach, pitched as a complete workspace that puts everything an agency needs in one place in Notion, with acquisition and sales, client management and team operations running across multiple clients and projects at once. On the personal side he ships whole operating systems, not single trackers: Monk Mode OS, Stoic Life OS, Health Hub OS, Job Hunt OS and the Addiction Navigator, plus the Stoic Life Journal and Spiritual Journal. Underneath all of it he keeps roughly ten free templates in circulation, including a habit tracker, a reading tracker, a daily reflection journal, a goal planner and a one-page project manager.
He launched on Product Hunt so often that the method became a product
Pascio's Product Hunt profile reads "Digital Creator & Notion Ambassador" and sits inside the site's all-time top 100 makers, built up over roughly a hundred launches. Agency Architect went up in October 2023 and finished 11th that day on 167 upvotes; he told LaunchPedia that his stoic templates performed best overall, "with my stoic life journal ranking #1 on Product Hunt", and that the launches had brought in $15,000, with the free traffic and search visibility outlasting launch day itself. Two of his rules from that interview are unusually concrete: "Launching as soon as possible with an MVP is better. A lot of guys spend six months building and then they launch only to find out that no one wants their product", and "I always price my products lower when I launch and then raise the prices." He then turned the method into inventory of its own, selling the ProductHunt Bible, a ProductHunt OS template and a launch checklist alongside the Notion Money Manual for creators trying the same route.
Still building Notion setups in 2026, with an AI project running beside them
His YouTube channel, opened in December 2021, is described as teaching "all things Notion, ChatGPT, online business, audience building and marketing", and the uploads keep tracking that. A July 2025 walkthrough rebuilt a sales pipeline in Notion as a replacement for Salesforce; a March 2026 video argued that agencies stall for want of a particular Notion system; and in April 2026 he published a complete Second Body setup, applying second-brain logic to physical health. The long-form teaching lives in The Notion Bible, an in-depth guide to the app running past 130 pages across four chapters and 22 lessons, shipped both as an interactive Notion workspace with practice areas and as a PDF. Away from Notion, Product Hunt credits him as a maker on Stanley for X, an AI content assistant that launched on 22 April 2026 and finished second that day.
Why Pascio is on this list
Pascio put a complete ladder of Notion material into public view and kept the bottom rung free: a beginner bundle plus around ten standalone free templates, then a 130-page guide to the app itself, then full workspaces for people running agencies and courses. The part that mattered most to other creators was the top of that ladder, where he wrote down the commercial side that most template sellers keep to themselves. His interviews and launch guides set out timing, pricing and the case for shipping an MVP early, giving anyone who wanted to sell Notion templates a documented method to work from instead of guesswork. He also holds the Official Notion Ambassador title, which he describes as a responsibility for sharing Notion with as many people as possible.
We wrote this from public sources and we would rather get it right than get it first. If you are Pascio and something here is wrong, missing, or you would prefer this page did not exist, tell us and we will fix or remove it.
