Edzenebubu Hofe, a Notion Ambassador working from Ghana. Two of her templates sit free on the Notion Marketplace, a longer small business pack is sold on Prototion, and the work that reached the most people was organising around the Notion Ghana Meetup.
Both of the templates on Edzenebubu Hofe's Notion Marketplace profile are free. Her profile sums up the work in two sentences: "I am a Creator and Notion Ambassador. I design templates and create resources mainly for your personal and business growth."
She works from Ghana. In December 2023, a recap of the Notion Ghana Meetup published on LinkedIn by Kweku Tech put her on the organising team for the event and credited her with a role in forming the local Notion community. She gave the opening remarks that day.
TheOrg lists her on Notion's global representation team under the plain title Ambassador. Getting the Notion community in Ghana into one room
The fullest public account of her work is the write-up of the 2023 Notion Ghana Meetup that Kweku Tech published on LinkedIn on 21 December 2023. It names her as an integral part of the organising team and says she played a pivotal role in the formation of the local Notion community. She opened the event with an introductory address aimed at getting people to loosen up and connect before the sessions began, then set some context: where Notion came from in 2013, and when the Notion community had taken root in Ghana, which she dated to the year before. She also spoke about her own history with the app. Meetups in a city where a tool has no local office depend entirely on whoever is willing to book the room, chase the speakers and stand up first, and in Accra in 2023 she was one of those people.
Two free templates, and a paid pack with seven sections
The Notion Marketplace side of her work is small and deliberately unpriced. NG Invoice is a free billing page, listed in Notion's roundups of free invoice and billing statement templates. NG Social Media Starter Pack 1.0 is also free, aimed at people running content calendars. Both carry the same NG prefix and the same bio.link address in the creator panel. The bigger build sits off the Marketplace: Small Business Starter Pack 1.0, listed on Prototion at $10 under the shorter form of her name, Edzene Bubu. It is put together as seven sections, covering a small business plan, an invoice management system, landing pages, a finance tracker, a goal tracker, a CRM system and a letterhead, and the listing tells buyers to duplicate the link and drop their own business details in. The tags across everything she publishes stay in the same territory: business, finance, goals, CRM.
The ambassador title, and where she carries it
Notion's ambassador programme spreads a single title across dozens of countries, and TheOrg's roster of the company's global representation carries her name among them with no qualifier attached. She states it herself on her Marketplace profile, ahead of anything about templates. On X, where she has posted as @meetedzenebubu since January 2013, she pairs it with a Replit ambassadorship and describes herself as a STEAM advocate working across digital marketing, education and AI. In practice that means Notion news reaches a Ghanaian audience through her feed alongside everything else she covers; on 12 August 2025, for instance, she posted about Make with Notion 2025 to the people who follow her from Accra.
Most recently, workshops in Accra with free credits at the door
Her current mode is in-person sessions. On 14 April 2026 she announced a Build with Replit agent 4 Workshop run in collaboration with the Accra Chapter of SheCode Africa, inviting people to build with the newest release and explore ideas together, with free credits and refreshments provided and the posts tagged #ReplitGhana and #ReplitWorkshop. The pattern matches what she did around the Notion meetup: pick a tool people cannot easily afford to experiment with, find a partner with a local audience, and remove the cost of showing up. Her Notion Marketplace profile stays live through all of it, with both templates still free to duplicate.
