Who is Solt Wagner?

This page separates the free Starter Kit from the paid systems and describes what changes between them, so you can tell which side of that line your problem sits on. It also covers the rest of his catalog, because Notion is one shelf of a wider digital product shop. It carries no download links, no discount codes and no review of any individual template.
In 2019 Solt Wagner opened his own design studio, and the software he reached for to run it was Notion. He had already spent years in digital and brand design by that point, and Notion handed him a page he could lay out himself, with a client brief, a project board and an invoice sitting in one place under his own formatting.
The public trail starts in early 2023. Between January and March that year he was posting short pieces on Medium about the things he had built for himself, a free Notion invoice template, a resume builder, a social content planner, alongside a post about earning his first hundred dollars from digital products. Those posts read like a designer discovering that the internal tooling he made for one studio was worth something to everybody else running a small operation.
What grew out of that is solt.ws, a shop with a Notion catalog at its centre. Notion's own marketplace lists 39 templates under the handle @solt and marks the profile as a recommended creator, with Personal Productivity and Personal Planner as its strongest categories. His site describes him as a Notion Certified Creator with more than fifteen years in digital and brand design.
A studio needed a spine, and Notion got the job
The origin story on solt.ws is short and unglamorous. Establishing the design studio in 2019 meant he needed something to hold quotes, projects, tasks and clients in one view, and Notion was flexible enough to be shaped into that. The templates he sells now still carry the fingerprints of that use case. Company OS, Intranet Business OS, Freelancer Board, Ultimate CRM Board and Invoice and Proposal Manager are all versions of the same problem: a small studio taking work from first contact through to getting paid. He built the agency back office he wanted, then packaged it. The personal side of the catalog, Second Brain Life OS, Ultimate Life Planner, Life Gamification, came later and applies the same layout thinking to a single person's week.
Seventeen templates handed over before anything is sold
The Notion Starter Kit is the front door and it costs nothing. It bundles seventeen templates: Website Builder, Student Dashboard, a GTD dashboard, a notes dashboard, daily, weekly, monthly and life planners, habit, goal, finance and time trackers, a project management board, a CRM board, and resume and invoice templates. Individually these are the small tools people search for when they are new to Notion and do not yet know whether the app will stick. Put together, they cover most of the first month of anyone's Notion use. The paid catalog picks up where the kit stops, at the point where you want relational databases wired together into one system with a consistent visual theme, sold as a one time payment with lifetime access to later versions.
The Notion page is one shelf of the shop
Wagner never treated Notion as the whole business. The same site sells Framer work: Frameblox, a Framer UI kit with over 1,400 components, more than 130 prebuilt pages and seven CMS collections, plus standalone templates including Hypeblox for agencies, Minimal Creator for portfolios and a free link in bio template called Ultralink Bio. There is also Icoon for AI generated 3D icons, a wallpapers section and phone cases. He publishes guides on making and selling digital products, and a blog of roundups (a thousand free Notion templates, twenty Notion widgets, aesthetic template collections) that keeps the shop visible in search. The through line is a designer selling design assets, with Notion as the category that pulled the largest audience.
Now he is building the app that counts his own sales
His most recent product is Revone, a native macOS app for creators selling across several storefronts. It connects Stripe, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy and Polar into one dashboard with a revenue calendar, a 3D globe showing where sales came from, real time notifications, menu bar widgets and manual entry for platforms it does not support yet. It runs on macOS Sonoma or later and is sold once with lifetime updates. The origin is easy to read from his own catalog: someone selling Notion templates on Gumroad, Framer assets elsewhere and guides on top of that ends up with revenue scattered across four dashboards. He also kept writing through 2026, including a July 2026 piece on macOS apps.
Why Solt Wagner is on this list
The seventeen template Starter Kit put a full set of working Notion dashboards in front of beginners at no cost, and thirty nine more of his templates are listed on Notion's own marketplace. For a lot of people in the Notion community, one of his invoice, resume or GTD pages was the first Notion page they used that someone else had designed properly. He also showed the Notion community what a trained brand designer does with the app: consistent minimal and aesthetic themes applied across a whole catalog, so a life planner and a business OS feel like they belong to the same family.
