Who is Fronk?

This page recognises Fronk for what they have contributed to the Notion community. It is written independently, it is not an endorsement, and it does not mean they use thePlus.so.

Fronk builds small, plain Notion templates for that exact case, and most of his shelf is free. His five listings on the Notion Template Gallery and the free half of his Gumroad store are the quickest way to tell whether his approach matches how you actually work.
Fronk opened his creator profile on the Notion Template Gallery on 9 July 2022, and the first template he listed there went up the same day. Language learning is free: a dashboard for each language you are studying, built-in flashcards, a spaced repetition system, and 52 weekly challenges. Four more listings followed over the next two and a half years.
The pitch has stayed identical across every property he runs. His gallery profile opens with "Notion can be complex and confusing sometimes. That's why I created these templates." His Gumroad store says the same thing from the other direction: "I get it, Notion doesn't have to be confusing." That store describes his templates as used by over 15,000 people.
He posts as @itskeeplearning on X, an account he joined in March 2021, and the bio there points at the Notion Personal Pack. That is his largest piece of work: a single personal dashboard carrying 25+ templates and 10+ tools, sold once with lifetime updates. Across a Gumroad catalogue of 16 products, the store reports 244 ratings at a 4.9 average.
A gallery profile in 2022, then a template roughly every year
The earliest public trace of Fronk is the X account he started in March 2021. The Notion work becomes visible in July 2022, when the gallery profile and the free Language learning dashboard appeared together. A paid Book tracker followed on 16 August 2022, covering reading progress, authors, genres, formats and ratings. Nine months later, on 24 March 2023, the Notion Personal Pack went up and became the listing he pinned to the top of his profile. Every one of them answers a single narrow question about somebody's personal life, at a scale a beginner can finish reading. He states the reasoning plainly in his gallery bio: these are built for people who want to use Notion and get confused by how much of it there is.
The Personal Pack sells on what it leaves out
The Personal Pack page on Gumroad, listed at $39, spends its opening section on what the pack does not contain. Widgets nobody looks at. Dashboards too complicated to operate. Colourful images that pull attention away from the thing you came to do. Only after that list does it describe the contents: one personal dashboard with 25+ templates and 10+ tools, lifetime access and updates on a single payment, and a seven day refund window. The audience he names on the same page is specific. People who have known for years that Notion was the tool they wanted and assumed building their own was too hard. People tired of switching between ten apps. People who keep abandoning dashboards because of complexity. On Gumroad the pack carries 40 ratings at a 4.9 average.
Most of the shelf costs nothing, including the idea list
Thirteen of the sixteen products in his Gumroad store are free, and several of them have collected real feedback: Language Learning at 36 ratings, Subscription Tracker at 29, Planner at 24, Weekly Habit Tracker at 23, Task & Project Manager at 19, plus a Money Tracker, a Side Hustle Tracker and a Time Blocking Guide that ships with a template to put the technique into practice. The most unusual free item is aimed at other makers in the Notion community. 200+ Use Cases for Notion is a database of hundreds of template ideas with tags and examples, bookmarking for the ones you like, and notes on how to make a template your own. He wrote it for people who are, in his words, looking for unique ideas and do not want to make the templates everyone else does. It holds 24 ratings at a 5.0 average.
Trip Planner, Gift Center, and a turn toward building software
On 29 September 2024 he announced the Trip Planner template on X with a launch discount, and it reached the Notion gallery at $10 on 10 October. Gift Center arrived on 28 November 2024, free, for tracking gift ideas by price range and following each one from idea to gifted while keeping your own wishlist alongside. His paid catalogue also includes a $3 Notion Study Kit built around Pomodoro, spaced repetition and retrospective revision timetables, and a $9 Media Hub for books, films, podcasts and TV. In December 2025 he posted that he had been learning web development and had shipped a focus tool called FocusDeck, asking his followers for feedback on it. Three days later he said he had been using a gamified study template to keep himself motivated and planned to release the full version free. In August 2026 he put a question to the Notion community on X: are we still on Notion dashboards, or is it all AI dashboards now.
Why Fronk is on this list
Fronk aimed his work at the part of the Notion community that installs the app, gets overwhelmed by the blank page, and quietly gives up. Five listings on the Notion Template Gallery and thirteen free products on Gumroad came out of that, kept deliberately small so people would still be using them months later. Then he gave away 200+ Use Cases for Notion, handing other template makers the pile of ideas he could have built himself.
